When we first met builder MD Prabhu Ram Sir, he explained that his company and their services they do. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new project would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Prabhu Ram also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the builde that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.
I was referred by a family friend who is known to Mr. Prabhu ram of Eswari builders. He was a very responsive, humble and very down to earth person. I constructed a house in Krishna Nagar in Pondicherry with their design and floor plan. I liked the quality of their work and they delivered on time with excellent commitment towards the work. Mr. Rajendran who was the site engineer and in charge of the site showed us their completed sites and explained the details very patiently .
